Founded in May 2018, by Nicole Gordon, Nikki’s Cuisine LLC is a food and catering services company headquartered in Brooklyn, NY.
The smell and taste of food can create a feeling of nostalgia. This is not surprising considering they are the first senses that develop.
One of Nicole’s fondest memories was anticipating the home cooked meals that her mom would prepare daily.
Developing a love of cooking was inevitable.
At age 8, she baked her first cake in her Easy-Bake Oven.
At age 10, she moved on to cooking on the stove, under supervision of course.
Born and raised in Belize, Nicole lived with her parents and 5 siblings.
They often worked with a limited budget and limited access to a large variety of foods and ingredients.
These limitations fueled Nicole’s creativity. She learned ways to create a gourmet meal with simple ingredients.
Eventually, she took over the cooking in the household and managed to impress her friends and family with her creations.
She proved that cooking, with limited resources, didn’t have to be boring.
She often challenged herself by exploring various cooking techniques and created new dishes to suit different palates.
In 2002, Nicole started her catering business in Belize.
Today, Nikki’s Cuisine is based in Brooklyn, NY and ships some of your favorite foods all over USA.
